Medico-Mart specializes in supporting the vaccine needs of physician offices, clinics, and healthcare organizations throughout the United States.

When they decided to replace their old phone system, Medico-Mart wanted to implement a solution that enabled them to:

  • Support Call Queue functionality within their customer service department
  • Self-manage their phone system and reduce support costs
  • Support Fax-to-Email
  • Support Remote Worker extensions
  • Support voicemail to email
  • Integrate with future technologies in a cost-effective way
  • Expand the system as needed to meet future business needs

In addition to implementing the Digium Switchvox phone solution that met the desired requirements, Medico-Mart has outsourced all day to day IT services and support to DVI Consulting.
